  • What type of payment methods are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro and Apple Pay.
  • What type of currencies am I able to make an order with?
    At the moment we only accept payment in US Dollars ($).
  • When will I be charged for my order?
    We will take payment as soon as your order is placed on our website. Should your order be cancelled within 1 hour of purchasing, then we will immediately issue a refund, which can take 3-7 business days to receive.
  • How will I know if my order was successful?
    We will send you an email to acknowledge that your order has been received. The email will include your order number and billing information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us for further assistance.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You are able to cancel your order within 1 hour of making the purchase. After this time, your custom creation will be in the process of being made, at which point, time and money has already been invested.  Unfortunately, this means that after the 1 hour, a cancellation is not possible.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Since the order is processed after 1 hour of being placed, no changes can be made to your order. Therefore, please ensure that when you place an order, you are 100% certain that you are happy with your purchase.
